1. Warranty Term

All screen protectors come with a 12-month official warranty from the date of receipt. Within the warranty period, eligible product problems can enjoy free replacement, full or partial refund and corresponding after-sales services. No free warranty services will be provided for expired orders.Free replacements issued during the warranty cycle do not reset or extend the 12-month warranty term; the original expiration date remains unchanged.

2. Warranty Coverage (Free After-sales Benefits)

Within the 12-month warranty period, we provide free replacement, full or partial refund and corresponding after-sales services for the following product quality problems:

2.1 Manufacturing Defects of Products

Manufacturing defects of the screen protector itself, including inherent bubble issues upon first installation, uneven coating, abnormal peeling of the tempered glass laver without external force, factory scratches and cracks existing before installation;

2.2 Functional Defects Caused by Production Flaws

Functional defects caused by production flaws, such as failed fingerprint unlocking function resulting from defective screen protector materials;

2.3 Damages Received Upon Delivery

Defective products received upon delivery, including broken, chipped or damaged screen protectors directly caused by logistics packaging problems when you open the package.

3. Lifetime Free Consultation Service (Unlimited by Warranty Period)

Beyond that, we offer unlimited lifetime consultation support. Regardless of whether your order is still under warranty or expired, our customer service team is always available to address all your questions regarding product installation, usage tips, cleaning and maintenance methods, compatible device models and product features, so you may reach out to us anytime if you need guidance on using our screen protectors.

4. Non-warranty Scope (Disclaimer)

The following situations are not covered by the warranty, and we do not provide free replacement, refund or after-sales services:

4.1 External Physical Damage

Any damage to the phone screen, body or internal components caused by external physical force, including but not limited to accidental drops, collisions, extrusion, heavy impact, bending, compression; your cracked screen was caused by a phone fall, which falls into this excluded category;

4.2 Artificial Damage from Improper Operation

Artificial damage to the screen protector from improper installation, disassembly, repeated tearing, sharp object scratching, liquid erosion, long-term wear and tear from daily use;

4.3 Damage Caused by Modification and Improper Maintenance

Damage caused by human modification, improper maintenance, use of incompatible cleaning supplies or accessories;

4.4 Expired Warranty Orders

Orders that have passed the 12-month official warranty period, regardless of the type of issue;

4.5 Exclusion of Indirect Losses

Indirect losses including mobile phone screen repair fees, data loss, downtime loss and other incidental expenses, which are permanently excluded from our compensation scope.

5. After-sales Application Instructions

1. If you need to apply for warranty service during the valid warranty period, please contact our customer service team and provide your order information and real photos or videos of the product problem for verification. We will start the after-sales process after confirmation;
2. All after-sales processing results will be judged according to the actual product conditions. We prioritize free replacement services; full or partial refunds will be provided if the product cannot be repaired;
3. The lifetime consultation service has no threshold, and you can contact us at any time for product usage guidance.

6. Policy Update Statement

We reserve the right of final interpretation and update of this warranty policy. Updated terms will be displayed on the official website and take effect immediately.
